Founder and Owner
Noureddine Harche, founder and CEO of Trusted Technologies Inc. and Medhealth2go, LLC, is a seasoned technologist and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience driving enterprise digital transformation, cloud migration, and Health IT innovation. He combines strong business acumen with hands-on expertise in areas like AI/ML and enterprise architecture. He pioneered Telehealth Simplified, a browser-based telehealth platform requiring no downloads or installations, and has held leadership and senior consulting roles at major organizations including Motorola, Blue Shield of California, BCI, Lexus, and Toyota.

Chuck Weber is a seasoned healthcare IT and operations executive with over 25 years of experience. Prior to returning to consulting, he was the CIO for the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare and the SVP/CIO for Blue Cross of Idaho (BCI). Before that, he held leadership positions at Alignment Healthcare, Wellpoint, CareMore, and United Behavioral Health. Earlier in his career, he worked in Managed Care and IT and was responsible for developing EDI, Data Warehousing, and Data Analytics products.

Rob Levy is a seasoned healthcare executive with an extensive background in Sales and Finance to emerging, growth-stage technology and service companies. As a CPA, a former health system CFO, Sales Executive, and C-Level Leader who sold Data Science as a Service (DSaaS), Value-Based Care solutions, and next-generation enterprise claim adjudication systems, his results generated over $1+ billion in total contract value. Rob believes disruptive technology and services are needed to make our U.S. healthcare system more efficient, affordable, and convenient.

Bianka McGovern is a hands-on UX design leader with 20+ years of experience in UX strategy, design leadership, and DesignOps. As a player-coach, she built a large UX practice at Thomson Reuters, spearheaded the Goldman Sachs Design System, and led product design for Amazon Ads' Sponsored Display. Her UX expertise has driven success across diverse industries, including financial services, healthcare, and programmatic advertising. She excels at using a data-driven approach to simplify complex challenges.
